Abstract
Le Service enfance-famille de l'hôpital Jean-Talon est un service externe de psychiatrie infantile. Cette équipe multidisciplinaire a développé, au milieu des années 80, un modèle d'intervention qui met à contribution l'environnement social de soutien de l'enfant, tant pour la définition des problèmes présentés que pour la recherche de solutions : la pratique de réseaux. Une étude d'implantation a permis d'analyser la dynamique de l'équipe lors du processus de transformation de sa pratique, avec ses phases successives de résistance et d'adhésion. Elle a aussi favorisé une réflexion sur la modification du rôle de l'intervenant en réseau, à la fois animateur de groupe et thérapeute. Les auteurs concluent à l'applicabilité du modèle à la majorité des problèmes cliniques rencontrés dans un Service externe de pédopsychiatrie.
