Abstract
Différentes lectures de la responsabilité sous-tendent les mesures de lutte contre l'exclusion, notamment les politiques et programmes d'insertion socioprofessionnelle des jeunes. Après avoir montré que la notion de vulnérabilité peut s'associer à celle de responsabilité, les auteurs font état du glissement de la responsabilité collective, inhérente à une logique providentielle du social, à la responsabilisation individuelle valorisée par la perspective néolibérale. Ils évoquent ensuite le retour d'une certaine responsabilité collective par le biais des partenariats. Les dérives possibles de ces derniers sont examinées dans une dernière partie.
