Abstract
t was a routine mammogram, but when the X-ray was done, the radiologist asked for a magnified view of my right breast. She needed to get a better look at something. I wasn’t anxious. I knew that this was fairly routine. If the breast tissue is dense, the X-ray film can be difficult to interpret. But when she came back, the news wasn’t good. She tried to be reassuring, but her eyes were fixed on the floor as she suggested that I undergo a biopsy. I could feel the fear rising. I knew I was in trouble. After all, I am a doctor too. I went for my first oncology appointment. As my On Friday, August 13, 2004, without warning, I switched roles and became a patient. It was foreign ter-ritory for me, and in retrospect, having spent 14 months there, I have to admit the journey was not easy. The biopsy led to surgery that ultimately confirmed I was suffering from invasive

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from itClassification
machine, unvalidatedMachine predicted; a candidate call from one teacher head, not a consensus.
