Des entretiens semi-directifs visaient à évaluer les perceptions des enseignants et des employeurs par rapport aux valeurs curriculaires (engagement, autonomie, rigueur, respect et effort). Plus spécifiquement, nous avons examiné l’importance qu’ils accordent à ces valeurs curriculaires, ainsi que leurs perceptions de l’influence éventuelle de ces valeurs sur le transfert en stage ou en milieu de travail et, par ricochet, leur contribution possible à l’insertion socioprofessionnelle des élèves. Les résultats permettent de tirer des conclusions, notamment sur les difficultés reliées à l’insertion socioprofessionnelle et au transfert des apprentissages. Il ressort que les valeurs véhiculées dans le curriculum du Centre de formation en entreprise et récupération (CFER) demeurent très pertinentes aux yeux des enseignants et des employeurs.
