Abstract
Étude longitudinale faite auprès de 37 étudiants-maîtres inscrits au Certificat d’Études Pédagogiques pour l’Enseignement Professionnel (CEPEP) à l’Université de Montréal. Sur une période de dix-sept (17) mois, c’est-à-dire du début à la fin de leur formation, les sujets ont répondu trois fois à un questionnaire de valeurs d’éducation. Les changements de valeurs enregistrés semblent attribuables au programme de formation et contribuent à une plus grande convergence du système de valeurs des étudiants et de celui des intervenants et administrateurs du CEPEP.
