Abstract
Le conflit qui perdure en Ouganda du Nord a eu d’importantes répercussions sur les enfants et sur les enfants soldats. Dans ce pays, des processus nouveaux ou en cours, dont le processus d’amnistie et les tentatives de désarmement, de démobilisation et de réinsertion sociale (DDR) remodèlent la façon dont ces enfants sont traités. Diverses organisations, dont les ONG, des organisations communautaires locales et le gouvernement de l’Ouganda, ont tenté d’aider les enfants à se remettre de ce qu’ils ont vécu, avec plus ou moins de succès.
