Abstract
À partir d’un examen des diverses « formes narratives » (Gülich et Quasthoff 1986) attestées dans les interactions en librairie, cet article convoque des modèles interactionnistes de l’action sociale (Habermas 1987, Quéré 1990) afin d’esquisser un cadre systématique pour l’analyse des fonctions de la narrativité en contexte transactionnel. Dans cette perspective, on peut montrer que les opérations de récapitulation sont non seulement le produit de la dynamique interactionnelle, mais surtout qu’elles jouent un rôle structurant de première importance dans l’émergence d’un ordre rationnel d’interaction.
