Abstract
Análises de sentenças com verbos “ter” e “haver” revelaramnos,pelo menos, três abordagens diversas no que se refere ao estatutodo SN, que ora é concebido como sujeito, ora como objeto, oracomo predicativo. Entretanto, caminharemos no sentido de mostrarque não é possível definir um único status sintático para este SN,pois a sua configuração gramatical supera os limites da cadeia linguística,tais como a posição e a concordância. Assim, para nós, háuma convergência dos lugares de sujeito e objeto.
