Abstract
Professeure au profil enseignement en art dramatique de l’Université du Québec à Montréal, l’auteure est à même de constater l’évolution de la formation et surtout l’impact que celle-ci peut avoir sur les enseignants de demain. Ses observations, effectuées lors de supervisions de stages, lui révèlent qu’en général les étudiants réussissent assez bien. Les résultats montrent que ces derniers ont atteint un niveau de développement adéquat ou supérieur leur permettant d’obtenir leur brevet d’enseignement. Cependant, l’atteinte des objectifs liés aux développements des compétences n’est pas garante d’une créativité pédagogique. Il apparaît donc intéressant de s’interroger sur la place de la créativité dans l’acte d’enseigner et plus particulièrement sur la possibilité de se référer à la dynamique de création proposée par Pierre Gosselin pour en saisir toute la complexité.
