Abstract
Mobilisant une perspective néo-structurale (Moore, 1990; Ibarra, 1995; Burt, 1995, 1998; Lin, 1995; Lazega, 2011, 2012), cet article interroge les résistances sociétales et organisationnelles (effets de structure) et les freins relationnels (effets de réseau) entravant la progression professionnelle des cadres-femmes au sein des entreprises états-uniennes. Complémentaires des politiques de(new) affirmative action, lesmentoring de cooptationet lesaffinity groups intra-organisationnelsvisent à favoriser l’intégration professionnelle des cadres-femmes en densifiant leur réseau organisationnel. Ces dispositifs organisationnels renvoient néanmoins à deux logiques distinctes (assimilativevsaffinitaire) de socialisation professionnelle.
