Abstract
La Commission Rochon a observé le profond malaise qui sévit parmi les praticiens sociaux, et les commissaires l'ont attribué au style de gestion qualifié de tayloriste. Pour remédier à ce problème, les commissaires ont proposé un style de gestion participatif. S'agit-il réellement d'un nouveau style de gestion, ou est-ce une nouvelle version du taylorisme pourtant décrié? Le modèle des ressources humaines constitue-t-il une véritable solution de rechange ou quels sont les éléments d'un style de gestion renouvelé? Voilà les questions que l'auteur traite dans cet article.
