L’application de la notion d’ empowerment au champ des pratiques sociales comporte de nombreux défis théoriques et pratiques. À la suite d’une publication antérieure 1 dans laquelle il est proposé de circonscrire ce phénomène au développement d’un pouvoir d’agir (DPA) des personnes et des collectivités, nous suggérons ici quelques points de repère conceptuels susceptibles de faciliter le développement de cette perspective d’intervention.
