Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

A comparative study of a CMOS lateral magnetoresistor structure and a novel structure, with a locally doped base in the proximity of the emitter, is presented. For both structures a differential approach is used. The results indicate that the two locally doped p/sup +/-stripes restrict the injection of electrons from the emitter to the vertical direction, dramatically changing the path of the electrons flowing from the emitter laterally to the collectors. This in turn leads to a more effective deflection, by the magnetic field, of the electrons contributing to the collector current. As a result the magnetic sensitivity of the device is increased by more then three times.< <ETX xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">></ETX>

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
