Abstract
Les trajectoires des pères après les ruptures conjugales offrent un lieu fécond d’investigation de la paternité contemporaine. Objet de représentations et discours contrastés, traversée par d’intenses débats politiques, la figure du père dans l’après-divorce s’est progressivement recomposée : d’abord désignés comme des pourvoyeurs absents, puis placés dans une situation de « pères intermittents », les hommes peuvent aujourd’hui inscrire leur relation aux enfants dans un modèle juridique d’égalité des partages parentaux.
