La psychanalyse peut-elle donner un sens politique à la souffrance au travail ?

Abstract
La psychanalyse a montré qu’il n’y a pas de continuité causale universelle entre un fait social et la souffrance psychique qui peut éventuellement en découler. Le caractère toujours singulier et ineffable du réel pour le sujet entre ainsi en tension avec la notion de « travail réel » qui tend au contraire à lui conférer un caractère universel. Pour autant, le sujet du désir est universel dans sa singularité même. C’est pourquoi, en référence à la théorie lacanienne, cet article soutient quelques pistes visant à traduire politiquement la résistance de cet « universel-singulier » aux dispositifs de normalisation sociale qui se généralisent sous l’influence des politiques libérales. Cette contribution ouvre donc sur les réflexions liées aux conditions institutionnelles de possibilité du sujet du désir tel que découvert par la psychanalyse.
