Abstract
Cet article porte sur la narration comme condition d’une éthique de réconciliation nationale dans les pays en situation de post-conflit, notamment dans le contexte du génocide rwandais. Par sa fonction de donation de sens, de reconstruction identitaire et de constitution d’une mémoire individuelle et collective, la narration donne lieu à une éthique narrative. C’est dans cette perspective que la narration est analysée à partir des trois dimensions temporelles – passé, présent, avenir – qui ensemble reconstruisent l’unité, la continuité et la cohérence de l’existence humaine, mises à mal par la tragédie du génocide.
