A tradução apresentada a seguir é resultado do curso de extensão O Québec pela tradução, organizado pelo Departamento de Línguas Estrangeiras e Tradução da Universidade de Brasília (LET-UnB), no contexto do 3º Seminário de História da Tradução, em outubro de 2014. O curso foi ministrado por Marc Pomerleau – professor substituto na Université de Montréal (UdeM), doutorando em Tradutologia na mesma instituição e tradutor juramentado português/francês no Quebec –, com o auxílio de Sônia Fernandes, doutoranda em Tradutologia na mesma universidade, tradutora e intérprete, e sob a supervisão da Professora Doutora Germana Henriques Pereira Sousa, organizadora do Seminário de História da Tradução. Houve 20 participantes no curso, a maioria do mestrado em Estudos da Tradução (POSTRAD), contando também com graduandos de Letras-Francês e Letras-Tradução/Francês (UnB).
