Abstract
Las tecnologias de la informacion y la comunicacion (TIC) han permitido mayor participacion y mejora de las relaciones administracion-ciudadano (G2C). Este trabajo analiza las web de los gobiernos regionales (estados, regiones) de cinco paises de corte federal: Australia, Canada, Espana, Estados Unidos y Mexico, para medir el grado de desarrollo del e-gobierno y los factores externos que influyen en el. Los resultados muestran que la dimension dialogo politico, por delante de la de rendicion de cuentas, es la que presenta mayor desarrollo, por lo que la imagen politica se configura como una prioridad en el entorno regional y estatal.
