Avant les années 1980, les organisations devaient gérer le changement pour se distinguer. Entre 1980 et 2001, elles ont dû ajouter une nouvelle corde à leur arc : apprendre. Mais voilà qu’aujourd’hui, le monde change tellement vite et devient si complexe, si incertain et si volatil qu’elles doivent maîtriser une toute nouvelle compétence pour survivre : travailler en mode collaboratif. Ainsi, l’innovation, l’efficacité et la productivité passent aussi par la collaboration.
