Abstract
The construction of socialist new countryside is a practical example of scientific socialism theory in China, and it is the performance of the Party Central Committee to implement the scientific concept of development. The construction of new socialist countryside is an important historical task in the process of modernization, and it is a milestone in the construction of scientific socialism.
