Abstract
Les notions de communauté, de lien social, d’identité et d’appartenance font aujourd’hui débat dans un contexte maintenant généralisé de flexibilité et de précarité du travail. Des formes paradoxales du vivre ensemble, avec des individus partagés entre autonomie et solidarité, entre télétravail et formes douces de cohabitation, émergent de nouvelles sphères de sociabilité. L’individu agile, flexible, mais en dernière instance précaire, recrée, au moyen des outils aujourd’hui disponibles (technologiques, juridiques, associatifs), un contexte social de travail à la mesure de ses attentes professionnelles et relationnelles. Cette tendance est bien vérifiée dans l’univers de ces communautés instables, nous l’appellerons la coprésence sociale. Dès lors, un nouvel objet de recherche est possible en communication des organisations, à condition de dévoiler très rapidement les jeux politiques de ce que nous appelons, en conclusion, le pragmatisme apolitique ; autrement dit, au-delà de la coprésence sociale, la promotion, implicitement politique, d’un consensus social sur la flexibilité-précarité comme condition d’employabilité.
