The following keynote speeches presented by CATE at the annual Canadian Society for Studies in Education (CSSE) conference cover the years 2004 to 2008 and are presented in this volume in chronological order. Together, these keynote addresses offer a series of important contributions to the discourse on and practice of teacher education in Canada.
