Dans cet article, nous interrogeons l’incidence des technologies mobiles et du travail à la maison sur la conciliation entre les temps personnels et professionnels. À partir d’entrevues qualitatives réalisées auprès de cadres et professionnels québécois, nos résultats mettent en exergue leurs effets contrastés. En creux, cette étude permet d’illustrer l’idée d’une porosité - entre temps professionnels et personnels - et souligne le décalage existant entre les mécanismes de régulation traditionnels (issus du modèle fordiste) visant à protéger et à limiter le temps de travail, et les pratiques actuelles qui leur échappent complètement. Pour conclure, nous soulevons quelques enjeux relatifs à la porosité des temps et au régime temporel postfordiste en émergence.
