Abstract
Certains contribuables croient que les fiscalistes peuvent se conformer à la loi sans nécessairement se conformer à l’éthique. Cette opinion remet en cause leur confiance dans le système fiscal et ceux qui sont coupables d’évasion fiscale croient qu’ils ne sont pas les seuls et pas les pires. Dans le domaine du prix de transfert, il existe pourtant de bonnes raisons de croire qu’une entreprise multinationale ne peut pas échapper à ses obligations fiscales légitimes en choisissant de suivre aveuglément certaines règles techniques.
