Abstract

fetched live from OpenAlex

We propose a semi-distributed energy-efficient resource allocation scheme for OFDMA-based cellular networks to reduce CO2 emissions from these networks that contribute to the global greenhouse gas emissions. We consider maximizing the total system energy efficiency in terms of the average number of successfully transmitted bits per energy unit [bit/Joule], or equivalently the average data rate per unit power [bps/Watt]. In addition, we try to enhance the fairness among users especially who have bad channel conditions and suffer from high levels of interference. We use cooperation between different base stations as a smart way to alleviate the effect of these problems based on a proposed location-aware technique. The results have shown that the proposed scheme has a better performance, in terms of energy efficiency, compared to the schemes that maximize the system average capacity and schemes that use full cooperation. In addition, the total number of users served by the system is increased significantly while maintaining high energy efficiency.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. The Gemma side is a direct model label for every work in the frame, read from the title-only record. The Codex side is a classifier learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and calibrated to design-weighted sample rates; fields without enough sample support carry no Codex call. Candidate is the union of the two sides; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
