Abstract
Dans l’entreprise, l’efficience des investissements immatériels est étroitement liée à la façon dont s’effectue la coopération entre les partenaires du processus de conception technique. Or, celle-ci apparaît intimement liée à la communication entre les acteurs. Fondé sur les résultats d’une enquête sur le terrain, menée en France au sein de plusieurs entreprises du secteur spatial au cours des deux dernières années, cet article tente de mieux comprendre comment ces acteurs (le concepteur, les experts, le responsable de la maîtrise des risques techniques et le qualititien), aux motivations et représentations a priori très différentes, participent au processus de coproduction cognitive qui aboutit à l’innovation.
