Konsumen Perumahan Kepada Developer (Studi Kasus Perumahan di Kabupaten Jember)Product Innovation Effect Of Housing Housing Consumer Confidence To Developer (A Case Study Of Housing In Jember )Amri GunastiJurusan Teknik Sipil-Manajemen Konstruksi Universitas Muhammadiyah JemberAlamat Korespondensi : Jl. Karimata No. 49 JemberAmri.gunasti@yahoo.co.idAbstractHousing construction industry in Jember district in general is relatively undeveloped . Nevertheless , there are still some developers who have difficulty in marketing their products . This is evidenced by the house that they marketed products are not sold in a matter of months or even years and not infrequently the developer is unable to continue its business by closing the company , for that is necessary to do research on the influence of product innovation residential housing to consumer confidence to developers . This research included in this type of research because the goal confirmatory study describes causal relationships between variables through hypothesis testing using SEM method that allows to estimate on a number of different regression equations . The results showed housing product innovation significantly influence the direction of the housing consumer confidence positive relationship . It is seen from the positive path coefficient of 0.829 with CR for 2527 and obtained a significant probability ( p ) of 0000 Smaller than the significance level ( á ) required 0.05 , which means that if the consumer perception of product innovation housing will increase , it will be meningkatkankan housing consumer confidence and vice versa if the consumer perception of product innovation housing down will lower consumer confidence housingKeywords : product innovation , trust , Developer AbstrakIndustri Konstruksi perumahan di kabupaten jember secara umum relatif berkembang.

Not calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)

The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.

Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
