In the given scientifi c article it is considered results of work of the Second branch of own its imperial majesty of offi ce on ordering of the civil remedial legislation of the Russian empire in the second quarter of a XIX-th century, namely the detailed characteristic of the Code of laws of civil 1832 regarding a civil legal procedure is spent.
