Uma das facetas mais importantes da prática da responsabilidade social, por parte das empresas, são as políticas e ações focadas em seu próprio corpo de funcionários, que devem permear a concepção da gestão de pessoas na organização. Nesta entrevista à GV-executivo, Jean-François Chanlat, da Université Paris IX, Dauphine, e Estelle Morin, da HEC, de Montreal, Canadá, tratam, em sentido amplo, da responsabilidade social das empresas, do comportamento humano nas organizações, do sentido do trabalho e dos desafios que a gestão de recursos humanos enfrenta.
