Abstract
Cet article s’intéresse à la manière dont les personnes trans sont accueillies dans les centres de PMA (procréation médicalement assistée) en France et plus largement à la façon dont la procréation des personnes trans est actuellement pensée et gérée dans le cadre médical français. On analysera ainsi comment les CECOS (centres d’étude et de conservation des oeufs et du sperme humains) ont pris en charge les couples formés par des personnes trans, avant d’explorer plus attentivement la manière dont est actuellement prise en compte la question de la préservation des gamètes avant la transition. On s’attachera notamment à saisir comment, dans ces différents cadres médicaux, la parenté transgenre, et plus particulièrement l’engendrement par des personnes trans, est constituée de façon problématique et spécifique alors même qu’elle ne se distingue en rien des modalités ordinaires de procréation en PMA. Il s’agira autrement dit de comprendre par quelles procédures et quels dispositifs elle est faite problème.
