Abstract
This article explores the startling developments that began to unfold in 2007, when the Federation of Law Societies signaled its intention to assert regulatory authority over Canadian law school curricula. The author considers the genesis behind this move, and discusses the serious risks posed by the Federation's approach.Cet article est seulement disponible en anglais.
