Abstract
Playing Related Musculoskeletal Disorders (PRMDs) are a recognised problem amongst elite musicians. Despite the long history of such disorders, only in the last quarter of a century has there been significant medical interest and research in this area. Whilst the extent and nature of the problem of PRMDs are now relatively well understood, further research is required to enhance understanding of the risk factors associated with such disorders. The emergence of the field of performing arts medicine has resulted in the development of specialist clinical facilities and collaborative links between the medical and music teaching professions, including initiatives aimed at disseminating health promotion information in tertiary music curricula. Encouraging open discussion of PRMDs amongst teachers, health professionals and musicians is important for the continuing growth of performing arts medicine and the associated development of clinical and educational PRMD management resources for affected musicians.

Full frame distilled prediction
Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
