Abstract
In this essay, I carried out verificational analysis on Uniform Tariff Rate System using Input-output table published by the Bank of Korea. Uniform Tariff Rate System has been implemented for almost a quarter of a century since 1984 to induce competition among industries. This essay is meaningful in that it points out the facts, contrary to general expectation, that the Uniform Tariff Rate System does not contribute much to localization of intermediary goods, that it works in the areas of heavy industry and mining industry, but it is not much less effective than expectation in the areas of light industry and agriculture, and that the tariff rate system has slowly returned to tariff escalation system from uniform tariff rate through the year 2000 from the year 1995, the next year when the 1st and 2nd phase of five-year tariff rate reduction plan was finished in 1994.

Teacher imitationNot calibrated prevalence, not ground truth. Human validation pending. Learned from the 10,348 direct Codex labels and 10,348 direct Gemma labels. Candidate is the union of thresholded teacher heads; consensus is their intersection. These outputs are machine_predicted_unvalidated and are not human labels or direct frontier model labels.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
