Abstract
Postpartum hemorrhage (PPH) is one of the leading causes of maternal morbidity and mortality. Its prompt recognition and management is life-saving. Hysterectomy can be avoided by using the conservative methods. Uterine artery embolization is a safe and effective procedure and can be life-saving.
