La formation des enseignants du supérieur est devenue, aujourd’hui, un réel enjeu. C’est pourquoi de nombreuses institutions d’enseignement supérieur s’efforcent de mettre en place des dispositifs de formation à l’intention de leurs enseignants. C’est dans ce cadre que la présente recherche a été menée. Notre article présente les résultats d’une recherche visant à étudier les retombées de la participation à un dispositif de formation pédagogique auprès d’enseignants nouvellement recrutés au sein d’une université française à dominante sciences et techniques pour l’année 2013-2014. La recherche à visée exploratoire a considéré deux dimensions principales, d’une part, les conceptions des processus d’enseignement et d’apprentissage des nouveaux enseignants et, d’autre part, leurs pratiques d’enseignement. Les résultats montrent que le dispositif a amené les enseignants à questionner leurs conceptions, pour une majorité d’entre eux, et, dans une moindre mesure, à faire évoluer leurs pratiques d’enseignement.
