RésuméLes jeunes syndiqués québécois seraient-ils réticents face aux opportunités de participation syndicale ? Saisissent-ils les opportunités d'action que leur offrent les Comités jeunes, une forme avancée d'implication syndicale ? Contrairement à une idée reçus, nos données empiriques nuancent la prétendue apathie des « jeunes ». En fait, un retour à l'action syndicale de proximité semble essentiel pour stimuler leur participation et leur éveil syndical.
