Abstract
<p>Resaltando la visión de Platón y Aristóteles sobre la justicia y algunos de los enfoques modernos sobre el contenido de los problemas de búsqueda de lo justo, este artículo pretende conducir al lector a refleccionar sobre la disyuntiva de litigar o mediar frente a un problema, en el entendido final de que valorando la noción del equilibrio de Nash siempre habría un conjunto de estrategias que incentiva a las partes a no abandonar las negociaciones en una controversia.</p>
