RItSUMLe principe bien ancr6 qui ressort des lois et de la jurisprudence et fait que des privileges et non des droits sont accord6s aux 6trangers concourt, avec les 616ments sociaux, biom6dicaux et 6conomiques rattach6s aux handicaps, a former un mur quasi insurmontable pour les personnes handicap6es qui tentent de s'installer au Canada.L'auteur 6tudie l'opportunit6 d'une analyse pouss6e en mati re d'6quit6 afin que le terrain hostile qu'est le droit de l'immigration au Canada devienne accessible aux personnes handicap6es et conclut que les injustices du droit doivent faire 1' objet d'un examen beaucoup plus minutieux par toutes les couches de la soci6t6 pour qu'un changement soit possible.
