Abstract
Question: In patients with a displaced fracture of the distal part of the radius, is hydroxyapatite bone cement as effective as Kirschner-wire fixation? Design: Randomized (allocation not fully concealed)*, unblinded, controlled trial with a 26-week follow-up. Setting: A hospital in Manchester, England, UK.
