O Design Instrucional (DI) apresenta-se como uma metodologia de apoio ao planejamento educacional de cursos e aulas através da web.. Outro processo de planejamento educacional é verificado com o uso de Arquiteturas Pedagógicas (AP). Portanto, esse artigo tem a finalidade aplicar o DI como AP, para isso, foi necessário realizar um mapeamento entre as características de ambas as abordagens. Além disso, por meio de um mapeamento sistemático, foi caracterizado o uso do DI em Informática na Educação no Brasil. O resultado apresentou uma baixa quantidade de estudos relacionados a temática do DI, por outro lado, a observação do uso do DI apresentou-se coerente, pois há características semelhantes em ambas as abordagens
