Abstract
Este artigo descreve a criação e implementação de uma arquitetura pedagógica simulada tendo como foco a apropriação de recursos digitais e a aprendizagem de operações matemáticas básicas. Nessa arquitetura , estudantes dos anos finais do Ensino Fundamental de uma escola pública criaram empresas virtuais fictícias e, a partir do uso de planilhas eletrônicas, operaram com números naturais. Como resultados, identificamos que os conceitos matemáticos emergiram como necessários para resolver problemas no contexto da proposta e que a ocorrência do trabalho coletivo criou oportunidades para os alunos cooperarem e compartilharem as aprendizagens construídas nesse processo.
