Abstract
ここカナダではアメリカの心臓外科研修とは少し異なり,卒後すぐに心臓外科研修プログラムに入ることになります.また,日本の研修システムと一概に比較するのも簡単ではありません.はっきり言えるのは,①日本の初期研修に相当する部分がこちらでは医学部3 年,4 年の病院実習に一部相当する,②それぞれのレジデント学年での研修内容,到達目標がはっきり決まっている,といったことではないでしょうか.
