Abstract
The article focuses on the unique phenomenon of the British lingo culture called «Pony Books». The author gives the definition of the term «Pony Books» and describes a typical plot of this kind of books. Special emphasis is laid on genre peculiarities, format and series of Pony Books. The article analyses the differences between British Pony Books and their analogues in Canada and in the USA.
