a qualidade do sono e sua relao com a intensidade de dor aguda psoperatria.Foram includas 39 pacientes submetidas histerectomia abdominal eletiva por miomatose, com Self-Reporting Questionnaire negativo (SRQ-20) (ausncia de transtornos psiquitricos menores), com idade entre 35 e 55 anos, estado fsico ASA I-II, submetidas anestesia peridural e analgesia com morfina por PCA.Os instrumentos de aferio foram o Questionrio de Sono de Pittsburg (PSQI), a Escala Anlogo-Visual (EAV) de 100 mm, o Questionrio de Dor de McGill, a escala para avaliar dor incidental (tosse e movimento), o Inventrio Ansiedade Trao-Estado, a Escala de Depresso Montgomery-sberg e a Escala de Sonolncia de Epworth.
