Vichy est une commune française située dans le département de l’Allier, dans la région d’Auvergne. Très facile d’accès (train, avion, voiture). Le mont Mouchet est une montagne du massif de la Margeride culminant à 1 497 mètres. Il est situé en bordure des départements de la Haute-Loire et de la Lozère et non loin du Cantal.
