Abstract
Prace se zabýva působenim firmy Baťa na zahranicnich trzich. Důraz je kladen na ceský trh, a to z důvodu větsiho množstvi dostupných informaci a možnosti provadět vlastni průzkum. Jelikož jsou ceske pobocky firmy Baťa soucasti Baťovy světove obuvnicke organizace (BSO) se sidlem v Torontu, může být na ceský trh nahliženo jako na trh zahranicni. Cilem prace je porovnat strategii řizeni firmy Baťa v dobach jejiho založeni se strategii působeni firmy Baťa v soucasnosti. Prace se opira take o SWOT analýzu firmy. Informace byly shromažďovany z tistěných a elektronických zdrojů a rovněž prostřednictvim dotaznikoveho setřeni provaděneho přimo v prodejně firmy Baťa mezi zaměstnanci a zakazniky. Z analýzy veskerých ziskaných dat plyne, že zakladni prvky Baťovy soustavy řizeni jsou do dnesni doby ve fungovani spolecnosti zachovany, zejmena ve vztahu spolecnosti k zakaznikům a zaměstnancům.
