Abstract
The bachelor thesis deals with the presence of the Bata Shoe Company on foreign markets. The emphasis is placed on the Czech market because of the larger amount of information available and also because of the possibility to conduct my own survey. Since the Czech affiliates of Bata are part of the Bata Shoe Organisation (BSO), based in Toronto, we can consider the Czech market to be foreign market. The aim of the thesis is to compare the original strategy of the Bata Shoe Company with the current strategy of the company. The work is based also on a SWOT analysis of the company. Information was collected from printed and electronic sources, as well as through a questionnaire survey conducted in the store of the Bata Company between employees and customers. The analysis of all the data obtained shows, that the basic elements of the Bata Management System are still maintained in running the company, particularly in relation to the company's customers and employees.

Machine scores (provisional)
The two teacher heads of the student model, read on this work. A score orders the frame for review; it never asserts a category, and the validation status ships verbatim with every row.
Baseline scores from an immature model (maturity gate not passed, 7 training rounds). Scores rank; they never assert a category.
score_only:v0-immature-baseline · verbatim from the scoring run: score_only means the number may rank works, and no category label ships from it
