Milutin Gubash : migrer en formationArtiste d'origine serbe vivant aujourd'hui Montral, Milutin Gubash a entrepris, au tournant des annes 2000, d'associer sa famille et ses amis ses projets de cration.Par le vecteur d'un humour philosophique non dnud de critique, il imagine ds lors des scnes de vie, en partie vcues et fabules, vraisemblables, travers lesquelles se trame son histoire d'immigration.La famille Gubash a vcu en terre yougoslave jusqu'en 1972, anne o elle a fui cette contre place sous un rgime communiste depuis la Seconde Guerre mondiale, Josip Broz Tito en tte.Le rcit indique que le pre bnficiait l-bas d'un statut et, avec celui-ci, de certaines liberts et opportunits en tant que directeur du laboratoire de sant publique puis mdecin dans l'arme.Malgr les alas et les frustrations de la ralit communiste, il semble que les Gubash se trouvaient aussi riches des liens a ectifs tisss sur place.In the early 2000s, artist Milutin Gubash, originally from Serbia and now living in Montreal, began to involve his family and friends in his creative projects.Through a lens of philosophical humour that includes criticism, he consequently imagines plausible scenes from life, part lived and part invented, through which the story of his immigration is woven.The Gubash family lived in Yugoslavia until 1972, when the family fled this country kept under the Communist yoke since World War II, with Josip Broz Tito holding the reins.The story indicates that the father enjoyed a certain status back home as head of a public health laboratory and as an army doctor, as well as the freedoms and opportunities that came with this.Despite the ups and downs and frustrations of Communist life, it seems that the Gubashes also had many meaningful ties to the place. and home, in the end, of course, is not just the place where you sleep, it is the place where you stand 1 ."And home, in the end, of course, is not just the place where you sleep, it is the place where you stand."
