Abstract
Pour arriver a developper et a maintenir un avantage concurrentiel, une entreprise doit etre efficace dans sa facon d’operer. Les firmes d’ingenierie offrent des services a leurs clients via des projets qu’ils realisent pour eux. La nature du travail realise par ces entreprises est essentiellement d’effectuer des projets. Une firme d’ingenierie cherchant a developper son avantage concurrentiel doit donc etre en mesure de mener a bien un grand nombre de projets simultanement. Cette entreprise doit donc etre en mesure de gerer efficacement les projets qu’elle realise.
