Este trabalho, inserido no quadro teórico do Interacionismo Sociodiscursivo, procura formular a hipótese da existência de uma ação empreendedora que pode vir a ser atestada a partir de um compósito de figuras de ação, semiotizadas linguístico-textualmente por tipos de discurso diversos. Considerando que os textos que circulam são representantes empíricos das atividades em que se inserem, procuro, de um ponto de vista interdisciplinar, mostrar a relevância dos estudos da/sobre a linguagem para o fomento do empreendedorismo empresarial nas organizações. Tal estudo é efetuado a partir da análise de um exemplar do gênero editorial de circulação interna, numa empresa portuguesa.
