Abstract
2 This project does not explicitly consider refugee claims based on gender identity (transgendered persons) or bisexuality.After embarking upon the research process, I decided that these claims raise issues that are beyond the scope of what I can potentially consider here in a meaningful way.My hope is that future research will tackle transgendered and bisexual refugee claims with the specificity they deserves.
